For this, they have started and ambitious project by building one of the most innovative cellars in the business but always keeping in mind their traditional ways of wine making. The grapes are treated with the utmost care and their quality is controlled from field to cellar by a knowledgeable technical team. And as a result they have obtained the "Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla la Mancha" guarantee-of-origin-certificate. Their "Hoya Hermosa Tinto" wine has obtained prestigious European awards.
