BODEGAS mAINETES is located in the beautiful "Mainetes en Fuente-Álamo" area, a magnificent place surrounded by vineyards. All the buildings in the area have been made of local materials and are perfectly integrated with the landscape.

The vineyards, located on the hills, are 25 hectares of excellent soil divided into the different varieties grown by the cellar and are well adapted to their specific ground.

Bodegas Mainetes makes its wines by keeping a close eye to the traditional processes but using the most up to date techniques but always keeping in mind to do so in an environmentally friendly manner. The fertilization process is done with organic materials and all the pesticides used are only those approved for organic crops. The Soil and the climate take care of the rest, ensuring great quality wines. All their wines have a certified EU Guarantee of Origin (D.O.) "Jumilla", "Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla" (Castilla Land Wines), "Vinos de mesa" (table wines) and "Vinos espumosos" (sparkling wines).

The Cellar has its own wine-tourism area where those interested can take wine tasting courses, there's also a Wine Museum and restaurant & lodging services.
