Bodegas Ayuso, S.L.
In 1947 Fermín Ayuso-Roig decided to open his own cellar, he chose Villarrobledo because very few places in the world concentrate so many advantages for growing vines. Its weather and soil make it an ideal cradle for great wines. In Villarrobledo all the necessary natural factors coincide to harmoniously cultivate vines and the results are healthy, moderately acid and wonderfully tasting grapes.

The main varieties grown at BODEGAS AYUSO are Airén, Chardonnay, Macabeo o Viura, Sauvignon Blanc, Cencibel o Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha y Merlot.
With the 1965 harvest the Estola brand was initiated, it was the region's first Reserve wine. From then on and until now the Cellar has been incorporating the most advanced techniques in winemaking and wine-conservation without leaving behind the traditional care involved in making quality wines.
These days, Bodegas Ayuso owns one of the best cellar facilities in Spain. Its commercial network has more than 200 distributors, all over Spain and it exports to many countries in the five continents.
Throughout its history, the cellar has won more than 30 gold medals in the most prestigious international wine tasting contests.
